The Role

Our client is looking to recruit an M&E Surveyor. It is essential that you have have experience in evaluating the condition of M&E installations using documentary evidence as well as assessing the physical condition of systems to ensure that they are in line with Building Regulations and Standards.

You should be experienced in analysing performance trends and identifying risks. In the event of a failure, you must be able to carry out root cause analyses, identifying not just the problems but also providing solutions.

You should have good knowledge of conducting building and plant surveys, which will be supported by your strong communications skills so that you can evaluate from multiple sources to help build relationships with both internal & external stakeholders.

You must have a valid UK driving license and experience of M&E surveying would be ideal. You must also have an NQF Level 4/5 in a relevant subject and a Recognised Technical Institute membership.
