Project Manager - Manchester

Project Manager - a Top 10 building contractor is recruiting a Project Manager to join the growing operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to deliver award winning projects across commercial, education, leisure, high-rise residential, student accommodation, and mixed-use sectors ranging from £25m - £125m.

The initial scheme will be to deliver a large commercial office development in the centre of Manchester (£65m) as the Project Lead.

As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of flagship projects for an impressive list of repeat clients. The company offer a healthy balance of support and autonomy to run the projects to ensure they are delivered successfully.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project stakeholder liaison and provide progress reports
- Project Lead on major Design & Build Developments
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of the project
- Quality Assurance and budget management
- Planning and allocation of staff resources
- Identify and mitigate risks

Requirements:
- Experience as a Senior / Project Manager for a Tier 1 or Tier Contractor
- Experience delivering major commercial developments (preferred)
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Excellent communication skills

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £77,500 - £87,500 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience delivering major commercial developments as a Project Lead with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contactor - our client will increase salary bandings for exceptional candidates.
