Welder/ Fabricator

Location: Burton on Trent

Salary: £15 - £20 per hour + 28 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays) + Pension Scheme + Early Friday Finish

Join a family run company that has been operating for over 50 years and is known for its innovation in manufacturing and servicing of special purpose machinery. Due to a growing workload and increasing business demands, they are expanding their team and are looking for a skilled Welder. You'll be working within a team of 6, focused on delivering high-quality mechanical parts and equipment.

In this role you will be working from engineering drawings to build and fit special purpose machinery, use MIG, TIG and other welding processes to fabricate mechanical parts.

This role would suit a Welder looking for a hands-on, varied role within a small but growing company. It's ideal for someone with experience in reading engineering drawings and welding and fabricating who values stability and a supportive work environment.

The Role:
* Welder/ Fabricator
* Fabricating equipment and machinery
* Monday to Friday, Days
* Handling a variety of machining tasks, including milling, turning, and grinding.

The Candidate:
* Ability to read Engineering drawings.
* Experienced Welder/ Fabricator
* Able to do MIG and TIG welding
* Hands on experience.
* Works well in a team.
