Role Overview:
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems across several commercial office buildings in the City of London and the West End. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure that all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are completed efficiently, with opportunities to take on overtime and progress further within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical and mechanical systems within commercial office buildings.
* Carry out reactive maintenance tasks and emergency repairs as required.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
* Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure buildings are operating at optimal efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report directly to the Director of Operations.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
* Multiskilled maintenance experience with either an electrical or mechanical bias.
* Proven track record of working in commercial office environments.
* Ability to handle both PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior management.
