HGV Class 1 Driver

Start times: Days shift start between 00:00- 05:00

Pay: £21.30 - £23.45

Location: Coventry CV5

Extrastaff are looking for a number of HGV Class 1 Driver roles, to join one of our longstanding clients in Coventry CV5 area.

Duties of a HGV Class 1 Driver:

Completing store deliveries in a timely manner.

Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.

Inspect vehicles at the start and end of your shift, ensuring that they are maintained to company standards.

Record any vehicle defects and report them immediately to the Transport Team.

To be successful for the HGV Class 1 Driver role:

You must hold a valid Class 1 licence.

You must hold a DQC (Driver Qualification Card), DTC (digital tachograph card) and CPC accreditation.

Have no more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's).

Have a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
