Your new role
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the development and daily operations of the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

Promoting a caring environment aligned with high professional standards.
Recruiting, managing, and supporting the care team.
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
Managing client assessments and care plans.
Providing on-call support during evenings and weekends.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:

Prior experience in domiciliary care, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Care Manager.
A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
A commitment to continuous training and personal development.
A UK Driving Licence and be able to drive.
