About the Role: As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across our school. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Teaching and Learning: Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, leading small group sessions, and supporting pupils' progress.
Delivering Interventions: Implementing targeted intervention programs to assist pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Progress Monitoring: Assessing and monitoring pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
Classroom Leadership: Taking responsibility for managing classroom activities in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Parental Partnership: Communicating effectively with parents to update them on their child's progress and involving them in their child's educational journey.
Continuous Development: Committing to continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualifications: A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with substantial experience in a primary school environment.
Experience: Proven experience as a teaching assistant, demonstrating strong support for pupils' learning and development.
Passion for Education: Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to fostering their educational growth.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within a fast-paced school environment.
