Electrician, Manchester, Salary £35,000 to £40,000 per annum + On Target Earnings up to £50,000 + Unlimited Overtime + Company Van Package!

Electrician required to work for an excellent Facilities Management Company, covering planned and reactive maintenance contracts across the Northwest of England.

Electricians with prior experience working within the Facilities Management or Building Services Industry are welcome!

Electrician’s Key Responsibilities:

* Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.

* Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.

* Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical systems, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards.

* Collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.

Electricians Requirements:

* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.

* 17th or 18th edition qualification.

* Prior working experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.

* A full UK driving license.
