The Account Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating customer orders, providing quotes, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer accounts. The role involves direct sales and customer service, requiring the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and specialized software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage customer orders efficiently
* Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships
* Handle direct selling and deliver exceptional customer service
* Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke software for daily tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong background and knowledge in engineering (essential)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and industry-specific software
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
