Our Wellingborough-based client is seeking a part-time Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant to join their team, to help manage their credit control processes and assist with various administrative and accounts related tasks.
As a Credit Controller/Accounts assistant, you will be responsible for:
Managing the credit control processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
Maintaining accurate records of all credit control activities.
Processing sales ledger transactions and ensure accuracy.
Performing general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
Assisting with other accounts-related tasks as needed.
Key skills and experience required:
Previous experience in credit control or a similar client orientated role (Advantageous but not essential).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
