A leading local Architectural practice based near to Poole, has a great new opportunity for an Assistant Architectural Technologist to join them. This is an opportunity for an Assistant Architectural Technologist to join a small team and have the opportunity to progress in your career. This is an excellent platform to learn and absorb the day to day workings of an architectural practice.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• Min. 2-3 years’ experience
• Construction technology related qualification.
• An interest in post-planning design development / drawing and document production and a good understanding of building construction and methods.
• Ability to work as part of a team but also individually – must be able to take initiative
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations and RIBA stage 4-7 stages.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD an advantage.
• CIAT Registered (or a desire to become registered / chartered)
• Full UK/ EU Driving licence
