Field Service Engineer
Service Engineer required for an international company that specialises in engraving, marking and cutting machinery and consumables.
Field Service Engineer Duties and Responsibilities
* Technical support for customers on-site and on the phone.
* Installation, commissioning, and operator training for new machines on site.
* Service and repair machines on-site or at the main office.
* On-site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and repair.
* Generate the sale of services by promoting extended warranties, rental of equipment, reconditioning of machines, maintenance contracts, trainings, etc.
Field Service Engineer Education/Experience required
* Higher academic level in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering is preferable
* 5 years of experience in technical assistance, customization, and/or customer relations
* Knowledge of computer tools (Office Suite, CRM, ERP, CAD software)
* Knowledge of mechanics and automation
* Capacity to work under pressure
* Travelling (5 days a week)
* Customer relationship
