National Account Manager
Hybrid Working, Greater London (3 days a week in office)
£55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Do you want to manage and develop customer relationships with a leading foodservice company? Are you a results-driven individual with the ability to manage customer accounts and grow sales?
We are seeking a National Account Manager to manage a portfolio of small to medium customer accounts, with a focus on maximizing sales value and margins. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities for existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve budgeted targets for NSV, £GP, and volume
Identify margin growth opportunities and develop a plan for implementation
Maintain up-to-date business reporting and customer records
Cultivate strong relationships with key contacts within the account portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
Manage time effectively to ensure clear communication with customers
Prepare business proposals with the support of various internal functions
Deliver innovative solutions to customer challenges and drive account retention
About You:
Experience in the foodservice sector, ideally in education or healthcare
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written business English skills
Structured selling skills and an ability to handle objections
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
