Team Manager, UASC Service
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Service to be responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the team.

Key Duties:

Managing Social Workers
Developing the team
Managing a budget
Ensuring age assessments and pathway plans are completed
Partnership working with relevant professionals
Completing audits
Promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people
Requirements:

Relevant and extensive experience managing UASC/similar social work team
SWE registration
