Part Time Finance Assistant and Reception

Salary: £24k (full time) £12k (Part time)

Location: London Bridge

Hours: 20 hours a week ( to be completed between Monday-Thursday)

This design studio are looking to hire someone for an admin and finance support role reporting directly to the Financial Controller on a part time basis.

Applicants do not necessarily need experience within Finance but be interested and keen to learn duties within admin and finance.

Duties:

Processing supplier invoices, staff expenses
Keeping accurate finance records
Answering calls and emails
Welcoming visitors to the office
Distributing post
Booking couriers and dealing with deliveries
Assist with any admin dutiesRequirements:

Looking for part time hours only
Previous experience within Reception
Experience within finance is beneficial
Experience using Sage software is beneficial
Available to start a role immediately
