Essential Qualities

A proven track record in residential lettings, with a deep understanding of Nottingham's property landscape

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for property visits across the region

Confident grasp of current Lettings Laws and Legislation

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a talent for multitasking

Desirable Attributes

ARLA, NAEA, NFOPP or equivalent property management qualifications
