Senior Service Advisor - Guildford

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Guildford. In this role, you will manage the service department's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the team. The role is full-time, working 42 hours per week, and offers competitive pay with bonuses and overtime opportunities.

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 (DOE)
Bonuses & Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage customer bookings, updates, and aftercare services
Coordinate with technicians and parts department for smooth workflow
Handle customer queries and resolve any service-related issues
Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are metRequirements:

Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team and manage customer expectations
Familiarity with service department processes and systems
