This is a great opportunity to join a Global Built Environment organisation with a strong reputation across the Facilities Management sector.

Responsibilities

* Responsibility for TFM within the South region

* Delivery of the service & maintenance assets, operating internal and external contracts

* Evaluate operational performance stats monthly, documenting actions plans

* Implementing assigned tasks

* Monitoring, regulating and reporting overall progress

* Continually exceeding customer expectations

Essential Skills / Qualifications

* FM related qualifications

* NEBOSH

* Sound communication both verbally & written

* Understanding of managing budgets

* Strong leadership presence

* A minimum of 3 years’ experience as FM Manager
