About the role: Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in young learners' lives? We are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community in Brent. This rewarding role involves supporting students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including those with special educational needs. You'll work closely with experienced teachers to create a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters a love for learning.

Application Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting, particularly in Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Understanding of SEN strategies and experience working with children with special educational needs.
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.
• Support children in their learning, both academically and socially, fostering confidence and independence.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Work with small groups and one-on-one with students needing extra support.
• Participate in school events and contribute to the broader school community.
