About the role: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with challenging behaviours in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. • Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.

• Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational programs for students with SEN.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to enhance learning and engagement.
• Foster a positive and nurturing environment that promotes social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to implement effective strategies and interventions.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to educators and parents.
