Email Marketing Executive
£30,000 - £35,000
Central Cambridge based, walking distance from the train station
3 days in the office, 2 days remote
We are working with a Direct to Consumer Ecommerce brand experiencing a large period of growth after a successful acquisition. They are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join the team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. In this role, you’ll manage the email marketing plan, optimise personalisation, improve customer journey and collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging. Additionally, analyse performance data to implement improvements that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing.
Enhance personalised communication across all channels.
Collaborate on customer lifecycle strategies to boost retention and conversion.
Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of CRM and email marketing experience.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
Experience of database management, list segmentation and contact targeting.
Hands on experience creating and sending email marketing communications.
Competent user of CRM and ESP platforms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
