Job Summary:
Excel Industrial is seeking a skilled and reliable Buildings/Maintenance Operative to join the team.

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in general maintenance and a proactive approach to building upkeep.

You will be responsible for various maintenance tasks around the premises, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform basic DIY tasks such as putting up shelves, painting, and weeding.

* General maintenance and minor repairs to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.

* Monitor building conditions and address any maintenance needs as they arise.

* Work independently and take initiative in maintaining a high standard of building appearance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is required.

* Basic DIY skills (e.g., painting, fixing shelves, weeding).

* Must hold a valid UK car driving licence.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

* Competitive pay rate of £13.00 per hour.

* 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday schedule.
