Application Support Analyst (COINS) | £40k - £50k DOE| Hybrid / West Midlands
We're looking for a hands-on support analyst who is experienced with the COINS ERP system.
The role will involve providing application support, ensuring that technical issues are resolved within agreed business SLA’s or escalated when appropriate.
Role / Responsibilities:
Provide system support and user management
Resolve issues and support tickets within agreed SLAs
Assist with bug fixes and system changes
Provide training as required giving advice and guidance to ensure best practise
Develop technical documentation and internal knowledgebase
Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents
Work alongside and advising internal/external IT support teams
Skills / Experience:
Experience supporting the COINS ERP system in a similar role
Experience managing system user profiles
Experience of bug fixes and system changes
Ability to work to agreed SLAs
Strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences
Package:
Salary up to £50k DOE
Hybrid / flexible - min 2x a month onsite in the West Midlands office
