Vehicle Technician
Location – Bristol
Salary – up to 38k +bonus
Hours Monday – Friday (Saturday's on a rota)
The Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an essential part of the workshop team, committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and repair.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Working accurately and efficiently to meet industry standards and brand guidelines.
* Identifying and diagnosing additional work required on vehicles beyond the initial scope.
* Ensuring the accurate completion of all service and repair paperwork.
* Conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and Multi-Point Checks (MPC) on all vehicles to ensure they are road-ready and compliant with safety standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair (or equivalent qualification).
* Prior experience in a similar vehicle technician role.
* MOT certification is desirable but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
