My client's large team are spread across a number of offices in the UK and with a great outlook on future projects are keen for a talented Senior Architectural technologist to join their successful team in Leeds.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be a proficient user of Revit and have a good knowledge of BIM Protocols. They will have experience in delivering multiple projects and cultivating long lasting relationships with clients, contractors and fellow team members.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

A relevant HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
Substantial post qualification experience working in an Architectural Practice
Strong technical abilities with Revit is essential
Experience working on residential, commercial and ideally healthcare projects
Large scale project experience
Confident producing tender and construction packages in Revit
Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working towards Chartership
Proven experience job running / project lead
Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
Ability to produce high quality detailed design drawings
Help to manage the emergent technical team members
