Learning: Your first mission is to soak up all the knowledge. Recruitment processes, market trends, client needs – we’ve got a learning portal and a whole team to help you get there.
Talking: Recruitment is all about relationships. Expect to spend your days making calls, video chatting, and sometimes meeting face-to-face. You’ll quickly become a pro at understanding what people are looking for.
Sourcing: Find the perfect match. Using our massive database, you’ll reach out to potential candidates and connect them with awesome job opportunities that suit their skills.
Who Should Apply?
We’re not expecting you to be an expert, but if you’ve got a knack for picking things up fast, have a can-do attitude and aren’t afraid of hard work, you’ll fit right in. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about people, curious about recruitment, and driven to succeed.
