Main Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in customer service and sales to serve as the first point of contact for new clients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting the firm's legal services in an efficient and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, gathering key information regarding their legal matters and effectively promoting the firm’s services.

* Accurately input client data into the case management system and open new client files.

* Generate and manage client care correspondence, ensuring all communications are timely and professional.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and efficient case handling.

* Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries efficiently.

* Meet all performance targets set by management, maintaining a high standard of service.

* Be flexible with working hours as required.

Qualifications

* Legal knowledge is advantageous but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.

* Strong customer service and sales experience is essential.

* Must be IT literate and comfortable using case management software.

Experience

* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

* Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales is required.

* Familiarity with GDPR and Equality Standards is beneficial
