Are you an experienced 2D/3D AutoCAD Draughtsperson with a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail?

Our client, a leading metal fabrication company who are renowned for their commitment to excellence, are looking for a talented CAD Engineer to join their specialist team in Horley. As an Auto CAD Engineer, you will work closely with the Senior Designer, and play a key role in shaping innovative and practical designs

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Designer in delivering accurate and detailed 3D engineering drawings.
Create and develop detailed Engineering drawings for a wide range of metal structures, including balustrades, stairways, fire escapes, canopies, and ramps to be manufactured by the fabrication team.
Ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and meet all required specifications and standards.
Attend client visit and take accurate measurements when possible, to generate client drawings and engineering plans.

What We're Looking For:
Experienced AutoCAD draughts person can create engineering drawings to BS888/308 standards
Good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every design and process.
Practical experience to ensure designs are both functional and manufacturable.
Experience in metal fabrication or sheet metal work is highly desirable.
A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.

The Package:
Salary from £32,000 to £45,000pa DOE.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
20 days of holiday + Bank Holidays
