Are you a Materials Planner, who is looking to work with a market leading manufacturer, who will train and develop you into an industry specialist?
An excellent opportunity is available for someone to join this industry-leading firm, which manufactures, supplies, and services products their specialist products worldwide.
Do you have experience with ERP/MRP systems? Do you have strong communication and relationship building skills?
Established over 50 years ago, this market-leading company designs, manufactures, and services highly technical products within the electrical energy industry. This business has seen record sales over the last 12 months, and due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their sales planning team with an additional Materials Planner.
In this role, you will work in the sales operations team, closely coordinating between sales and engineering. You will receive customer orders and input them into the MRP/ERP system. You will create and plan the material requirements, ensuring effective communication with customers throughout the process. Additionally, you will handle some quotations and negotiate pricing, with a primary focus on the planning aspects within the ERP/MRP systems.
The Role:
* Materials Planning
* Project Managing jobs, closely coordinating between the customer, sales and engineering
* Planning material requirements for new projects
