We are actively seeking 2 x Digital cCommerce executives to join a luxury brand and help them to continue to delight their customers. Join an established team that are embracing all the latest technology to enhance their customer's journey.

Role/Requirements

Customer Focus:

Strong understanding of digital customer psychology and behaviours in an online/eCommerce environment.

Proficient in designing Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO - A/B testing, MVT etc.) and other optimisation techniques

Ability to construct & interpret Adobe Analytics reports, and extract insightful actions

eCommerce & Technical:

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics, tagging, and Adobe Target required

Experience devising optimisation tests, identifying KPIs and interpreting results

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (ideally to include Hybris)

Understanding of CRM, email marketing, digital communications and other analytics tools (eg Tableau, Power BI)

Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in analysing data to measure the success of optimisation tests, and make data-driven decisions

Adept at managing qualitative and quantitative data sources

Ability to communicate results in a meaningful, yet succinct manner

Project Management:

Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Experience using workflow and prioritisation software (eg Jira or similar)

Understanding of Agile principles

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders at all levels

Exceptional Organisation: Demonstrable ability to manage complex projects and schedules of work, to time and budget.

Creativity: Innovative thinking to design engaging and effective UX improvements. Keen problem solver.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in outputs

Other Desirable

Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.

Agency Management: Experience working with external agencies, prioritising work requests, defining scope, negotiating, etc.
