IT Trainer

IT Trainer required by a well-established organisation based in Tunbridge Wells. The IT Trainer will play a vital role in identifying skills gaps for technologies within the business and developing a range of curriculums to increase knowledge amongst users.

The successful IT Trainer will work in a small team and deliver a variety of training methods catering to different learning styles including workshops, webinars, and hands-on training.

This is a hybrid role involving 50% split between home and office.

Essential experience:

• Experience running technical demonstrations and IT training/workshops
• Delivering both online and offline training
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest and curiosity for technology and how it links a business together
• MS Office 365 and MS Teams
