Part Time Receptionist

We are supporting a company based in Milton Keynes with recruiting for a part time Receptionist. Hours are Monday to Friday and can be either working 8am-1pm/8:30-1pm or 1pm-5:30/1:30-5:30pm. This is a permanent opportunity to start in November 2024 and will be paying a salary of £27k pro rata.

Duties will include:

Greeting visitors and staff with a positive and helpful attitude when entering the office
Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
Scheduling meeting rooms bookings
Assisting with ordering equipment and stationery when required
Supporting with other ad hoc administration dutiesYou will be the first point of contact for clients and customers entering the office, therefore you must be able to assist with a positive attitude and have a polite and professional telephone manner.

Ideally you will have previous experience as a receptionist, but this is not essential. If you have previous admin skills within an office, then we would love to discuss further.
