It offers a comprehensive curriculum that caters to diverse needs and interests of its students. The school provides education from early years up to secondary age groups which enables the students to advance seamlessly through the age groups at one school and ensures the students don't have to familiarise themselves with new surroundings.

The school utilises unique and innovative teaching methods and incorporates technology into their teaching.

Main Responsibilities

Individualised Education Planning - collaborating with parents, colleagues, and specialists to create education plans that address specific needs of each student.
Conducting Assessments - conducting assessments to determine the underlying causes and develop appropriate interventions.
Behaviour Management - Develop and implement behaviour management strategies and techniques to support students and manage their behaviour effectively.
Crisis Intervention - Responding to and managing crisis situations that may arise due to challenging behaviours while maintain the safety of everybody involved.
Instructional Planning - Creating and adapting instructional materials and strategies to meet the individual learning needs of students with complex behaviours, including modifying curriculum content and delivery methods.Requirements

Patience and flexibility
Understanding of behaviour management techniques
Experience in differentiated instruction and learning
Possess a teaching qualificationSummary
