Responsibilities

Collaborate between the engineering teams to support existing projects progression
Drive the development of new, innovative solutions
Specifying, designing, implementing, and commissioning complex control systems in demanding customer environments
Requirements

A-Level or T-Level qualifications in related subject(s)
Awareness of high-level programming languages
Knowledge of modern PLC hardware/software packages (Beckhoff, Rockwell, Siemens etc.)
Ability to interpret and understand various electrical drawings and documents
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Robotics/Motion
Data Acquisition
Safety systems (e.g., TwinSAFE, PILZ, PROFIsafe)
Networking Protocols (e.g., TCP/UDP) Other requirements…

Confident written and verbal communicator – talking to wide ranges of stakeholders
Good IT ability (MS Office/365 apps)
Good schedule and budget control
Excellent problem-solving abilities and team working skills
Previous knowledge of the engineering lifecycle and business process
UK Driving Licence
Willing to travel worldwide to support installations
