Role of a Registered Nurse

Are you looking for a nursing role? We are looking for a nurse for our well-regarded care home in Bromley. They provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, including those with dementia, in a supportive and caring environment.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver person-centered nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

* Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and update care plans accordingly.

* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-standard care.

* Provide support and guidance to care staff, helping them to develop their skills in care delivery.

* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a Nurse, must have a minimum of 3 months plus in healthcare industry.

* Effective communication skills

* Must have an adult DBS on update service.

* Must have Valid NMC pin.
