Hill & Hill are proud to represent a international luxury construction consultancy firm primarily based in Central London. This will be an opportunity to collaborate with seasoned Building Consultancy Surveyors on a diverse range of tasks. With a diverse workload, you will have the chance to engage in building surveying and project management tasks, monitor third-party development projects, conduct surveys on commercial/residential buildings, and handle dilapidation works.

They are currently in need of Senior Building Surveyors / Associate Building Surveyors with varying project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer expert advice to clients on all Building Consultancy aspects as needed.

* Draft repair and refurbishment specifications, oversee and manage on-site works.

* Provide Project Management and Project Monitoring services and advice to clients.

* Prepare and/or negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations.

* Conduct various surveys including Pre-acquisition, Exit, and Maintenance Surveys.

* Prepare and negotiate fee proposals.

* Ensure timely delivery of work in accordance with client expectations.

* Cultivate, expand, and maintain internal and external client relationships.

* Leverage your network to identify opportunities for business growth.

* Collaborate with internal departments to cross-sell services, support clients, and increase revenue streams.

Qualities and Qualifications:

* Hold the RICS qualification preferred.

* Ability to interact professionally with business professionals and provide exceptional client service.

* Flexible working approach to adapt to different client and business needs.

* Ability to prioritize and adjust to changes as necessary.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing and negotiating with clients and third parties.

* Self-motivated with experience working independently.
