Hayley Group Limited has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated eCommerce Support person to join our well-established and experienced eCommerce team based at our head-office in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:
We’re seeking an eCommerce support person to join the growing, fast-paced eCommerce Division at head-office in Halesowen. Please note, this is an office-based role, no remote working available.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities as eCommerce Support will include:
Work and be part of the Hayley Group eCommerce Team.
Oversee the functionality, user experience, and performance of the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring the websites are optimised for B2B and B2C sales
Collaborate with developers to ensure the platform is secure, fast, and user-friendly
Develop knowledge and understanding of all internal systems and processes, with an emphasis on the Hayley Group’s eCommerce platform and PIM system
Provide eCommerce support to the Group’s branches and their customers set ups
Lead Customer demos and visits on site when required
Complete the enrichment of product data that will be published on company websites when needed
Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our eCommerce Support person include:
Valid UK driving licence.
Ideally be experienced in managing Punchout catalogues and working with such procurement platforms as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle or similar.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing strategies including social media and email marketing
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, for example Netalogue, Magento, Shopware, or similar.
Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is desirable, however not essential.
Confident with all Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of SQL/HTML/CSS or other basic web development skills.
Experience using the likes of Google Analytics (GA4), Shopware, Akeneo (PIM) or similar.
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
