Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant at the school, you will be supporting children with additional needs throughout the school day. You will collaborate with professionals on site to ensure students receive the highest quality of care.

Access to professional equipmentAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for observing and identifying behaviour patterns, triggers, coping mechanisms and improvement throughout the school day. You will be the students' first line of support and a safe space for them to express their emotions. Working with vulnerable students and students with additional needs will consist of acting as a role model, providing guidance and encouragement to develop independence.

Based in Tilehurst, Reading
Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 3:30
£80 - £90 daily rate
