Warehouse Operative
Location: Kettering
Shift: Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm (with potential weekend shifts as required).
Payrate: £11.52 p/h
Our client, a leading lubricants distributor in Kettering are looking for a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join their team in delivering exceptional service and assisting with loading/unloading and organising stock within the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately pick, assemble, pack, and label all assigned orders in accordance with operational processes, routines, and quality standards.
* Breakdown pallets and reorganise stock.
* Safely off-load containers and receive goods and supplies into the warehouse.
* Place stock in designated locations or the 'order transit' area.
* Perform all daily tasks specific to your role, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
* Pick and Pack orders correctly for dispatch.
* Actively contribute to maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization.
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong work ethic and dedication to the job.
* Good product knowledge (training will be provided).
* Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
* A team player who takes ownership and can work independently.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting up to 25kg.
