Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm

·General administration experience
·Excellent communication skills written & verbal
·Good numerical skills
·Able to work off your own initiative
·Thrive under pressure and working towards deadlines
·UK Driving License - due to office location
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Handle helpdesk calls, emails, and contract inquiries.
·Work with Contract Managers to coordinate maintenance visits.
·Arrange callouts, issue PPMs, and track engineer updates.
·Approve time sheets, organize PPM visits, and ensure SLA compliance.
·Maintain site files, manage remedial works, and approve invoices.
·Keep contract files updated, manage scheduling, and oversee renewals.
·Ensure compliance paperwork is filed and audit-ready.
