Maintenance Compliance Administrator
Job type – Part Time/ Permanent
Salary – £12,324 per annum
Hours – 20 hours per week

Who we are looking for?
We are searching for a Compliance Coordinator who will work as part of Nacro's property compliance team which deals with the administration of gas safety, electrical safety and fire safety checks, dealing with any remedial actions required.
This role will focus on fire safety, including the ordering of fire safety risk assessments and raising orders with contractors and local Nacro teams for remedial tasks/works to be carried out together with following up to ensure all works/actions have been completed. The role will involve communications with a wide range of individuals.
You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate database of the status of all properties, works ordered and outstanding, producing reports as required.
We are looking for an individual with excellent administration and communication skills and who is well organised and assertive.
While it is desirable that the individual has some knowledge training will be given
You will also need to be confident with Excel spreadsheets and have an excellent aptitude for detail.
