As the customer service / spares coordinator you will be:
* Handling between 6-10 daily inbound calls and answering customer emails: Fielding a steady stream of enquiries, resolving issues with a smile and a can-do attitude.
* Chasing deliveries: Keeping track of orders and ensuring they arrive on time, providing updates and solutions when needed.
* Providing quotes: Creating accurate and timely quotes for spare parts, helping customers find the perfect replacements.
* Supporting the warehouse team: Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfilment.
* Working with Microsoft Dynamics: Utilise industry-leading software to manage customer data, orders, and inventory.
