Lead Business Analyst required to join our client in the National Security & Defence sector based in either Cheltenham or Manchester. This role requires up to 10% travel.

Please note, for this role sole UK citizenship is required and candidates must possess current eDV (UK*C) Clearance.

As a Lead business analyst you will work seamlessly with our clients end customer throughout the life cycle of projects, utilising analysis skills to bring clarity to the opportunities and challenges at hand. You will shape and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of an organisations in ambiguous environments, with potentially conflicting requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identify stakeholders and manages relationships
• Working with stakeholders to elicit, capture and detail their requirements, documenting requirements to a level that enables effective delivery
• Acting as a Proxy product owner where necessary to plan and prioritise work, and extending the role of the product owner in complex system-of-systems environments
• Acts as a liaison between the software delivery team and their customers in the development and implementation of new solutions, and enhancement of existing solutions

We're looking for someone with:

• Significant business analysis skills
• Experience working in Software Development projects and with Software Developers
• Experience working within an agile delivery environment
• Extensive Stakeholder Management skills, ideally within a Consultancy setting
