The Role:
As a Technical Advisor - Digital Systems Engineering, you'll lead the DSE team, driving digital transformation and integrating innovative systems engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
. Shape and execute our DSE roadmap
. Lead R&D initiatives (AI, MBSE)
. Support projects with systems engineering tools and methodologies
. Promote best practices globally

What They're Looking For:
. Experience managing complex, regulated projects
. Expertise in systems engineering (ISO 15288)
. Leadership experience in technical teams
