Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on Estates and Trusts.

Conduct legal research and analysis.

Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom appearances.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure case strategies are effectively executed.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.

1-3 years of experience as an attorney.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of professionalism and integrity.
