Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in sales recruitment.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-caliber sales personnel.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate evaluation.
