As a Sales Executive at Riverside Ford, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and exceeding our sales goals.

As a member of our sales team, you will:

Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and provide product information and demonstrations

Negotiate and close vehicle sales with customers

Work collaboratively with our finance and insurance teams to finalize the sales process

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

$5,000 Guaranteed Income is paid out over 2 months based on sales performance.

Requirements

Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Valid driver's license

Ability to pass background and drug screenings
