Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and terms
Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide suitable recommendations
Promote sales through various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Ensure ethical conduct and exchange of information between sellers and buyers
Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, property availability, and specifications
Manage and maintain lists of properties for sale
Requirements
Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
Ability to work independently and effectively
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong listening and communication abilities
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Trustworthy and results-driven
Minimum age of 18 years
