Responsibilities

Build relationships with sellers and buyers, assisting them in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms

Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to offer suitable real estate solutions

Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties

Promote properties through various marketing techniques and platforms

Facilitate sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Ability to work independently and effectively

Basic knowledge of MS Office applications

Trustworthy, reliable, and results-driven

Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Must be 18 years or older
