Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Market properties through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities

Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns

Negotiate and facilitate the sale or purchase of properties

Requirements

Prior experience in sales or real estate is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with MS Office and other real estate software

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must be 18 years or older
